How Cash on Delivery Works

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order details.
  • Your order will be processed and shipped within our standard processing time.
  • When your package arrives, simply pay the courier the exact order amount in cash.
  • Please have the correct amount ready, as couriers may not always carry change.

Order Confirmation

All Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to a confirmation call or message from our team before shipping, to verify order details and delivery address. This helps us reduce failed deliveries and ensure a smooth experience for you.

COD Availability

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a Cash on Delivery order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bertiy.shop. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but our standard Refund & Return Policy will apply upon delivery.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the time of delivery or cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled and returned to us. Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders for that account.

Security & Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery and payment, please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete at checkout. Bertiy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
